Maybe it’s true? Matt Cutts is the “Messiah” and Danny Sullivan is the “Bishop”. The “Priests” gather at PubCon. The churches are forums. Is Google good or evil?

Really. SEO’s must be bored out of their minds. There’s even an SEO Boy of the Month.

Worshippers may want to spend a little time studying human factors, rather than robots and code. The usability industry doesn’t put their gurus on such pedestals. Rather, some of them rewrite historical characters or make it easier to get to heaven.
