		<description>Thanks, Kim :) It&#039;s amazing how, as a group, we usability people have somehow made it so hard to understand what usability is. Despite what we preach, we often have the worst impulses of techies and academics. I&#039;m just trying to step down from the ivory tower a bit more often.</description>
