    As always, you’re far too kind, Kim.

    If you like small-world stories, Russ at UserGlue and I were actually coworkers at an internet startup “back in the day”. We recently rediscovered each other only to find out that we’re both doing usability/UX full-time. He’s got a book coming out soon – should be worth checking out.
